I agree that there are many areas of "truth" in many of these schemes.
I agree that everyone should investigate everything as thoroughly as they can.
I believe that the "techniques" in "validation" or "debt elimination" will work in some circumstances.

I also believe, however, that ANY service that charges fees for "debt elimination" or "credit repair" and "guarantees" it's system works, is likely a fraud and a scam.

Even in the BEST of situations, when dealing with legal problems, there is NEVER any guarantee that a "correct" solution will occur.Many lawyers are good and competant and try hard, and still fail to win justice for their clients.

As to the "legality" of the banking system, or the internal revenue code, or the myriad of other Government rules and regulations and institutionalized greed and injustice that bedevil us all,yes, there are many who believe the systems suck, but in a civilized society one does not pick and choose which laws to obey and which to ignore.

I do not criticize those who post here because their ideas are different, but because they are offering a "magic bullet" to gullible people who are trying their best to get out of terrible situations. Offering a snakeoil solution does more harm then good, and convincing people to use apricot pits instead of chemotherapy may "cure" a few, due to the healing power of belief, but it is not good medicine.
