i would like some info on BK i went to one lawyer and she stated since i was married they have include her wages etc since all the debt is mine and i wanted to file seperately from her since its not her debt thye aid i ahd do chapter 13 wage earners program at around $ 735 a month for 3-5 yrs my question is shpuld i try another lawyer and see want he says or do they ahve to include my wifes wages etc i live in california thanks
