Ahh....you did receive it from a process server? Well then yes you have been served and yes you do need to see and attorney about this. Otherwise they will get a default judgment. If they have already gotten a default judgment you need to start protecting your assets or file a motion for slow pay with the court. The latter is better in that you agree to a payment plan you can afford and they can't garnish you or take your assets unless you default on the agreement.
