in my experience..they will get quiet for a few months and start again. i have yet to find any way to tell if one will be sued or not, seems no reason to who they pick. but naw they will be back lol. i think they go by a system cause me and my daughter both r getting calls today and havent had any in like 3 months. must be alphabetical lol. i am paying a medical bill for my daughter..certainly not to the CA. i wouldnt give them a dime. the hospital is taking a lesser amount (50%) and i will make sure its a receipt as paid in full. but i dare say i will be hounded till i die by all these people. also my calls have been showing out of area and yes..they cant do that. oh well, who listens to the laws anymore? they dont..guess i wont either lol.
