Let me guess, is this a debt collector telling you this? Fraudlent transfer goes to disposing of assets for low value- example - selling a house to a relative for ten dollars..

This relates to bankruptcy - where you are asking to have your debts discharged. That is where the fraud comes in- if someone tries to get rid of assets and then claim bankruptcy.

You really need to speak to a lawyer.
