I signed up with a Debt Negotiation company Preferred Financial Solutions, Inc. (PFSI) in the course of 1 year they settled to small debts and got me sued. I paid into them at least $12,000 for that 1 year. My suit was for the amount of $6000 plus Attorney and Court costs for a total of about $9000. Do you think it was worth it? Those type of companies are out for their own best interest. Take it from somebody that knows, don't do it!
