Send them a cease and desist/validation/dispute letter, mail it CRRR.

There is a sample letter on my website, linked under *NOTICE*.

File a complaint on-line with your State Attorney General's Office and the AG office in Colorado.

Next time they call to your place of business, tell them the call is being recorded for use in prosocution of a complaint against them for violation of the electronic privacy act.
