Is it just me or could you all avoid getting sued if you just payed your bills on time? I mean if you stop paying your credit cards then you usually have to wait 180 day thats 7 months before you get arbitrated against. The only other time it happens is when you decide your going to pay some creditors and not others. I should know I spend my day hearing one sob story after another. For those of you who actually lost a job or had a reduction of income I understand and am willing to try and help you. But when you borrow money with no intention of paying it back then you deserve to get arbitrated. Thats why the clause is in you contract, to help the creditor recover a LOSS. It is not a right to have credit you have to earn it and most of the people on this board earned it and then lost it and now all you do is bitch about. You also spend time asking other Dead beats for advise on how to beat the system. Instead of asking an attorney because then you would have to pay the lawyer. If its not already obvious I work for a credit card company in collections and I laugh at most of the posts on here for over a year. I don't work for a CA I work for the OC. I refer many accounts to our arbitration department. Only those people who pay everyone else but us. I love how everyone complains but all you are is a group of people who abused a privledge. Like if your a driver with too many offenses you loose your license. Have a good Day ps Some of you I will be calling later today
