That's Great! You're a real winner on this forum! Did you actually lend us lawful money? Did you lend us Credit? If you lent us money, did you have it sitting in an account ready for us to borrow at any given moment? Did you disclose to us, that we would be paying back your organization for 20 to 30 years, if we only made minimum payments? Did our signature create the credit that your organization supposedly extended to us? Do you feel good about your outrageous fees, and interest. Did you maybe slip in an outrageous pamphlet stating if we defaulted in anyway that we would be bound to an arbitration. Then you called it an Agreement without your signature being present on the Agreement. Did you tell us you were going to give us something, when you didn't have anything to give, until we signed something.

As there are no funds lent, nor money borrowed, what is there to collect?
