For a hign school dropout or equivalent, the pay is better than McDonald's. It also allows shallow, insignificant shells of humanity to puff themselves up in all their self-righteous glory lording over those they deem less worthy. Or only over those foolish enough to speak with these worthless dregs. Truly a pitiful position, now being outsourced to India. Better get out the resumes, yeah I was a "bill collector." That'll open lots of doors... "Fries with that?"
