my friend asked the guy to do his breaks last summer and the day they were suppossed to be done he never showed up until they were already done. the parts were bought by the truck owner and the repair job was done by the truck owner, so i dont see where this guy gets off saying that he is owed any money at all! there was about 4 witnesses who saw every thing. however he is threatening to try to ruin my friends perfect credit!!! there is no paperwork no contract, I want to believe this is an empty threat,but if its not what can my friend do to stop this? thanks
