i wish someone would tell me how someone like this runs a billion dollar company? called to ask when accounts were charged off. simple question? i was put on hold for 10 mins..and sent to the recovery dept. they hung up on me. i am in jkellys mood so i call back. again. again they hung up. AGAIN i call back and lodge a complaint. what a moronic way to run a company. if we did that ...we would be broke in less than 6 months. they r simply so big..so out of hand..they will eventually crash on themselves is my hope. i still have no information except it takes months for a credit report to catch up..these were charged off in aug and sept and dont show YET. its now feb. amounts r wrong..by at least 2-300$. calling simply gets u nowhere. be warned..it takes months for things to catch up anywhere. also viking collections has been nothing but nice to me. they r low key..no pressure..so far polite people. just some general info in case it helps anyone. ty.
