I am in the real world. I am not 12. I have a college degree and have been employed somewheres since I was 16. I live in a world where I was lent money by a bank to buy a car. I pay that bank back a little each month until i have fulfilled my obligation! Oh and some of my other bills include school loans hmmmm mommy and dady didn't pay for anything. I posted on here because I was wondering what type of repsonses I would get. Would there be any intelect behind the replies. Computer Guy should that there is in fact some inteligence out there. I have been in the credit card industry for over 8 years I have not just worked in collections over that time. And contrary to industry standards for CA I don't make $8 an hour. I make enough money to have the type of life I choose.
I just wondered if anyone felt obligated to repay their debts or if you just thought it was the big mean credit card companies. Look around your house or apartment and see all the stuff you have that you didn;t pay for and be glad that credit card debt is unsecured.
Somebody maybe a comment about working at a fast food resturante " want fries with that?" Well there is nothing wrong with that. If thats your job you do it and you make a decent living and you pay your bills. When hardship happenes and people loose their jobs they have told me that they wouldn;t stoop to that level and go work at a burger joint. If you can afford your bills you do what you have to get by.

Life is about choices. Everything is about choices.
