Is credit legal tender? No Can a bank loan credit? No what is credit? A delay in payment. Is Check money real money? No Is a check legal tender? No Does the bank pay anyone legal tender in a credit card transaction?
No All they do is add numbers to one account and subtract form onother. What is a checking acount? Numbers Are numbers legal tender? No
No moneys/legal tender transpires in credit card transaction unless you request to receive Federal Reserve Notes What is the legal definition a Note? A written promise to pay a Debt! So the bank gave me no legal tender. Here another one to think about: You get a new credit card with a $10,000 credit. Is that card yours? No It is the banks and they are letting you use it as long as you pay for it. Try to withdraw the $10,000 and see what happens.
