WhyChat, You asked me a couple of questions, but got lost when the board refreshed :
Where were you when you signed the agreement?? In England?? Where were you when you defaulted?
Where are you NOW?
Are you saying that the credit agreement you signed in England with ?? credit card company was not changed or ammended when you moved to the US? My answers : I signed the agreement and obtained the credit card in England in 1991. I was in Florida when I defaulted in 1999. I have continuously lived in Florida between 1999 to the present. Credit card company remained the same and was not changed or amended in any way throughout the period from 1991 to present. Does this change things ? Thanks.
