If you’re the same person who posted about Harrison Ross Byck, he is also a Collect America “rent-a-lawyer.” Same BS. These lawyers threaten to sue everyone in all 50 states. None of them sue anybody anywhere. Technically, no he couldn’t sue you in Kentucky. They’d have to retain a lawyer licensed in your own state to sue you. Collect America doesn’t make money by actually suing anybody. They just threaten to sue everyone, and it scares enough people to cough up some money. Remember, they paid 10 cents on the dollar for whatever they claim you owe them.
