Has anyone had to deal with collectors that work for or bought out Providians accounts?? If so, what was your lovely experience like? This is the only creditor that is breathing down my neck. I don't know if anything they are saying is true or if it's all just scare tactics. Wage garnishment? Don't you have to have a judgement against you first for that? And if there was a judgement made, wouldn't I have received some type of notice that I was being taken to court? Wondering what to do.
