Just a thought...if you live in a 370000 house, why not pay the bill to mbna for 25 k? you bought the house, but dont feel you should have to pay the bill? whats the attorney for, to help you avoid paying the bill, last question...do you think buying a house with a fruitcake like your husband is a good idea?
