What do you mean the only association you have with them is by telephone? Do they have a local office in your area? They can't tap your phone lines and a creditor without a judgment cannot get phone records without a summons, so unless you got some snoop in your garbage, I don't see how they can do it. Do you have nosy neighbors who go through garbage or would like to get even? This is indeed strange.
