You need to assert your rights under the Fair Credit Billing Act and get the cc to do a merchant chargeback. Follow the instructions. This must be dome in writing within 60 days of receiving the 1st bill with the dispute item. http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/credit/fcb.htm
