I agree with "busted",...cat, why are you asking them for that anyway,anyhow?? after all, aren't your debts CO'd by the OC? If the CA owns the debt, why don't you just ChillOut, go incognito,and wait for them to try/MAKE you pay..?
IF they can prove all that ??, and afterall doesn't that give you the better strategy to negotiate your own "hardship program"? albeit with your hometown court?
