I think I read before on this board that a FIXED TERM CONTRACT is a CLOSED ENDED CONTRACT, also known as a WRITTEN CONTRACT, because it fulfills the legal requirments under CONTRACT LAWS of having a FIXED TERM. I wish to include this definition in my defense of 4 years SOL,but were can I find this CONTRACT LAW definition to copy and include as evidence to the court? A law dictionary? A law book?
