Sorry for the repeat question for those who have seen it.
Questions:
1) Does summons need to have a court date? (mine doesn't) 2) Does it need to be signed by attorney sending it? (no signature) 3) Would it be a good idea to send validation letter? The attorney's are Upton, Cohen, & Slamowitz
