I was thinking maybe follow the SOL 4 year defense for open accounts and also put into defense that the CA need to also validate debt such as:

1. Contract with signiture
2. Detailed accounting--NOT COMPUTER PRINT OUT
3. Copies of all charge slips and signitures arriving at total
4. ETC, ETC, ETC

So at least if the judge does not agree with the 4 year OPEN ACCOUNT SOL Defense the CA lawyer will still need to prove the debt and arrive at total...

This is really the PITS that after 4 years SOL CA's and there lawyers can test the waters and sue as a written contract when a CC clearly is not:(:(:(:(

Maybe Why Chat may not like this idea, but it seems to at least to covers all the bases.. I really thought after 4 years I was done with this AGONY!!!
