Looks like this clown is moonlighting in collections instead of being happy with estate planning and other useful and constructive areas of law. He is only admitted in Colorado. Fer sher, he will not be suing you himself and is unlikely to hire anybody in your area. Find a real lawyer and sue Jeffares for FDCPA false threats of litigation.
