As a retired lawyer, I'm sure you personally knew (or continue to know) judges. In your opinion, does the "typical" judge have any idea how patently unfair the "justice" system is, expecially when he has before him a scared, undereducated, alledged debtor, and on the other side is a slick CA attorney? Do judges even care?? Do they ever get tired of seeing poor citizens get screwed time and again? I've always thought that a judge can do "almost" anything he wants in his courtroom. Why can't he stop the injustice that he helps to perpetuate???
