Download the court info its in PDF format. You won't get a virus I guarantee it. I haven't charged anyone anything on this board. Believe me there have been a lot of people from here that have gotten my Validation Pack. BTW - I differ in your opinion of validation requests. That's why you see so many people on various boards still getting hounded by the ol' bill collector and lawyer types. The very simple validation request doesn't do what its got to do. If you look at some forums they only use a 1 line Validation request and hope the bill collectors just trash it. This way they are more likely to rack up violations. I like to put the skids to them at the start and not hear anything back from them. Besides, giving people free Validation packs, I also help them in any way that I can, to steer them toward more education on various methods of dealing with the 3rd Party Debt Collector types. If you think that steering someone in the direction of a company that Arbitrates on their behalf and then turns around and pursues the Beast is bunk, then I feel sorry for you. You have been lead to only believe what a few on this board want you to believe. When I brough up the fact of the $1 contract you had a problem with that, but you didn't mail me and ask to get the manual did ya. I've sent many people on this board the manual absolutely free. I also have posted links for downloading great legal stuff people can use as templates and for education on Complaints, Discovery, Arbitration etc from a CD by the The Consumer Credit and Sales Legal Practice series. Yet you ridicule me and others like Kurt and the other member The Truth. Did you know that I got the same Arbitration letter sent to me almost 2 years ago and guess what? No Arbitration! The rejection letter isn't enough the people aren't asking the 3rd Party Debt Collector Attorney type to Validate at the same time as their rejection. By not doing so, the Attorney is going to continue his collection and his remedy is through Arbitration. If they don't validate and then take you to Arbitration then you have a case against them of which you should surely win. You get them where it hurts and thats in Federal Court. So when I post I'm blunt and to the point because I either speak from my own experiences or I have been educated from someone that speaks from their own experience.
