Citi probably won't send your account to a CA. If they do anything, it'll be in the form of a lawsuit.

Quit communicating with them now. DO NOT send them a Cease & desist letter or they will send your account to a lawyer. Don't ask them to quit calling. Just don't answer or respond.

If you get served with a summons make sure you don't ignore it. That will be the time when you will want to look for a lawyer or work out a settlement with Citi.

When a lawyer does contact you, they will give you the opportunity to settle at 80%. You can probably work them down then, but I don't know anymore than this.
