J Kelly, you don't have to feel sorry for me (or anyone else for that matter). That's just the way it is. I've lived in relatively urban areas my entire life - and that's where you'll find the most corruption. I don't know where you're from - but my experience is that the bad apples greatly outnumber the good ones. It's not even close! Like Henry Hill said in Goodfellas: "Even the honest guards would never rat out the corrupt ones."
