I am answering this only because so many others have posted to this thread.

This forum is NOT a debating society about the ills of the justice system, the banking system or even the system of consumerism that fosters the house of credit cards our economy s teetering on.

I am happy to post answers to real people with real problems. BUT I REPEAT please do NOT clog up this forum with off topic rants.

If you wish to e-mail me, and I have time, I will be happy to discuss the many failures of the legal system, starting with the Judge who let a 13 time offender walk out after violating his parole and be free to kidnap and kill a little girl.
