go online..lendingtree..several others, if u sign up they will send ur app to companies who will call and give u quotes. i was upfront my credit was screwed and yes u will pay higher interest. we pay 9.8 right now. but many companies will do it..u just gotta search for it. thats how we re-fied our house. and i doubt our credit is close to 500. more like -25. lmao. keep trying online. centex in dallas is a good company. one thing..if u have any charge offs..they will take the money out of the loan to pay them tho. they did us. maybe cause it was a re-fi. i dunno. good luck! plenty online want ur bisness!
