I was dealing with an Collection Attorney at the time.
He sent Me a Settle Amount $$ , and I sent him a Demand for Proper Validation, He never answered me.

The next thing I know I get an Arbitration package.

My questions are: If I asked for Validation from the Attorney, doesn't he have to STOP collections on me until he validates my debt?

How can he send my unvalidated debt to Arbitration.

He did not STOP his collections on me (FDCPA)Violation?

I know I'll lose in Arbitration,

But can't I sue the Attorney for(FDCPA) Violations?
Or does Arbitration override the(FDCPA).

I need something to sue this Attorney, any ideas?
