Thanks Drew, I have a nephew who will probably be facing problems with discover. I just got his credit report (on line) and discover is charged off, but has not been turned over to a CA so far. They keep sending him bills. I'll get him legal council if he needs it. The have added so much in interest and penalities that the balance has almost doubled.
