Did this with Northland. The collectors use pseudo names, but their real names are registered with the Secy' of State. Do not just file complaints against the agency, go after the individual collector. File a small claim suit for any violations (I am sure there are some) and the secy of state accepts process for the individual collector. I still have the Northland guy begging for me to stop hounding him. Haha -- never!!!
