bob3?? how to prove the violations?

i dont have any of the violations on tape..yet. i have one which if i get more can be construed as harrassment. "mrs xxx i will call u every day then." yes please do! i looked forward to it today to say hi david how r u today? but alas..he didnt call. lol. curious how do u prove the violations? i do have them written down as i remember them. cause it takes a lot for me to fight..but they done pissed me off! lol. i do now have a recorder..and he was all "u should be worrying how to pay ur bills mrs xx and not recording me!!" lol.
