Re-Aging of Account

-Had an acct with date of last transaction in 1997 and discovered that Asset Acceptance has reaged it and is reporting a DOL transaction as 2003!!! -This happened to another acct beyond SOL a few months ago and I disputed it as "obsolete". -Now it's still on my report (also as 2003) and in the "status details", all it says is: Your comment: "Account in dispute under Fair Credit Billing Act" --What is the most effective way to dispute this with Experian and get it removed? -Thanks!
