Here’s their BBB listing. 17 complaints in a year is a lot. Most people don’t go to the effort of actually filing written complaints, so a one office shop that gets 17 written complaints in a year is nasty. Just as a note of comparison, a fellow Houston shop Charles Soffar, a Collect America operation who is rated by Bud Hibbs as a 4 diamond sleaze bag only got 13 BBB complaints in the past year.
