I seriously doubt that bike would bring more than $3,000 at auction after a repo.

Ya'll might be better off just to let that sucker go back and hope they screw up on a technical violation of the UCC, and be ready to fight them if they try to sue.

I'm still interested and if the price is right and honda will let you sell it, give me your email address. I gotta have a new scoot. Some girl rear ended me back in 2002 and I have yet to get a new one.

I would be more than happy to give you mine first, but since I'm on quite a few CRA's, CA's, and OC's sh*t lists, posting that on the board is a no-no.
