If you sue someone in your own small claims court and they don't show, you get a summary judgement.

Just like the CA do to us. One good turn deserves another.

Also (I don't advocate this, of course) just like the CAs who don't have the evidence of your debt, sue you and get a judgement -- if they don't show, you don't need to show your evidence.
