Thank you for the "love", however, I am confused on your question. The "How To Answer A Lawsuit" gives complete directions and references from State and Federal statutes to use in your answer, NO WHERE does it suggest you say "Why Chat says".

In fact, I URGE people NOT to rely on just the Federal TILA definitions, but to copy their own State's statutes as posted on each State's page.

If you do not believe the TILA and the Florida Statutes, or do not understand them, I am sorry.

Most lawyers (like "Parry"'s in Wash.) NEVER deal with consumer issues and are unaware that CONSUMERS have a different set of rules that businesses in credit laws in all States.

The Federal Supremacy in law overrides any question of interpretation of SOL in Fl. or Wash or any other State, IN CONSUMER CASES.

I suggest that you get a CONSUMER lawyer to help you, or use the material from my website. If you send or deliver copies to the Court, even though it is not required, it MUST be entered in your case file.
