Reading here, I have leaned that most CAs that do get judgement, get them by default. I'm under the impression that CAs generally can not validate, and when challenged re-sell the account and move on. I tell posters this all the time. I had about 10 cards and only one did sue and that was just before the SOL. My strategy was to ignore CAs most of the time. However, when I was sued, I did respond, and fast. If you don't speak with CAs they can't scare you. I rarely read their mail either. Good Luck
