I have a question about debt settlements. I had two accounts with MBNA for the same amount(20k each). I made a settlement with mbna for 8k settmement(which is closed) but the other account was already sent to collection agency. My question is can't i go back and settle with MBNA for the same amount for the other account? Also, the collection agency can't take more than the orginally creditor would settle for? thanks
