I received a call from an agressive, threatening Camco employee with a ghetto accent Wednesday (2/4/04).

The call was in regards to a debt my wife supposedly incurred in 1990! (I met her in '96' & married her in '02').

I'm disheartened to find these posts from a year ago regarding Camco. I can't fathom how nothing has been done to date.

I don't really blame Camco for their abhorrent behavior...they are what they are.

I blame the AG'S, the FTC, & what good's the BBB? I was laughed at by the Camco employee when mentioning these entities!

My question is; what do these entities expect a middle aged, professional man to do when a thug calls in a threatening voice wanting to know where his wife is at...hummmm?

If the various state AG's, the FTC, the BBB & any other entity supposedly existing to protect the consumer--won't do anything about these injustices--don't they know they're forcing citizens to look to more desperate means to protect themselves?!?!?!
