Hi,
Did Chapter 7 approx. 6 years ago, went from 2 workers to 1. Did OK afterwards until I became disabled and now over our head in debt, just like before. Only income is Social Security Disability. Our only debt is credit cards, used to live on past year. Question is on when the 6 year wait will be over to file again. Is it counted from date of 1st case was filed or when it was closed?
