Parry, I don't know what your problem is.If you do not wish to accept the TILA definition of credit cards as open accounts, and do not wish to accept the fact that ALL the legal websites that give State SOLS give a 3 year limit for Wash.-- then I guess you and your lawyer can reinvent the wheel in Wash.

There are many States where the State statutes that incorporate the Federal CONSUMER protection laws of the TILA and FDCPA are arcane and indecipherable, ( Ohio and Mo. for example) but Wash. laws are clear and unambiguous.

How about this-- go to ANY law page on the internet that gives State Sols-- look up some other States SOL, go to that State's statutes, (you could find them on my website, but that would be too easy) see for yourself how other State's statutes read.

Unless EVERYBDY else is wrong-- and you and your lawyer are right-- and there IS no Federal TILA definition of credit card accounts being open-ended, and no such thing as a SOL for open accounts in any State!!
