You should really try to settle if at all possible. It wasn't possible for me, I was out of work for 1 yr. I stopped paying 10/02. I was served with arbitration papers from DirtBags-R-Us(Wolpoff & Abramson) in May 03. I did not respond. They won their award 7/03. I have just been sued by their sleazy partners in crime Upton, Cohen & Slamowitz. I guess W & A are not licensed to practice in the state of NY. Good Luck!
