What do you mean by entering into case file?? ---I should take my response and the copy of TILA and all Florida Statues you recommend on your site and give these NOTORIZED and signed by me as AFFIDAVIT's to the court. In other words, court needs copy of all these Statues and TILA ACT? Also,do you recommend hiring a court reporter in case I need to APPEAL? I heard the case needs to be TRANSCRIBED in order to APPEAL to a higher court if I lose. Someone needs, to APPEAL one of these in Florida if they lose to have a PRECEDENT. Yes, I'm sure many people have won on 4 year SOL, but I'm sure many more people have also lost or the CA's would not continue to sue as WRITTEN CONTRACT.
