Why Chat-- When asserting an SOL defense against a CA's complaint, is it wise to attach a copy of your credit card bill to your answer (as an exhibit) as proof that the debt is SOL? I'm thinking it's stronger evidence than a mere affidavit, but on the other hand I'm afraid it will give the CA 1)proof that the defendant owes money and 2)fodder for a summary judgment motion. Your thoughts? Thanks!
