NO NO NO - You NEVER admit the debt in ANY way shape or form.

If you are following the format of the SOL defense you state that "records on the account of this ALLEGED claim show that the date of the start of SOL was prior to XXXX" You NEVER NEVER NEVER give the enemy your evidence. It is up to THEM to prove your affirmative defense is wrong by producing evidence of a payment made to the OC AFTER the date you have shown.
