We are so in debit to credit cards.
For the last two years we have struggle paying them, after my husband lost his good paying job.
My car just died, and we just got him a new one that we are finaced through a dealer.
We live in Pa. and I have read other places that this is the eastiest statet to file for ban
But will thye make me are only transportaion in it. Also would I be better off because I belong to a credit union with who I have a mastercard with. To just not pay anyone else but them and waite it out. Will a lien be put on my house?
Any help I would be so greatfull for.
